Introduction:-

Acid ( nylon ) leveling agent is a high-efficiency leveling agent, used for acid dye and acid complex dye dyeing; suitable for acid 

dye dyeing engineering of wool, silk, nylon and its blended and combined fabrics.

Feature:-

Appearance: brown liquid

PH value:   7 ± 1 ( 1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: Easily soluble in cold water at room temperature

Composition: Anionic / Nonionic Surfactant

Features:

1. It has excellent retardation and migration and can obtain a uniform dyeing effect.

2. It is an amphoteric compound with an affinity for dyes and fibers.

3. Contribute to the rapid dispersion and penetration of dyestuffs.

4. Does not affect the chromaticity and lightfastness of dyed materials.

Usage:-

Acid Dyes:    x% (owf)

MCH-313 :  0.5~2.0% (owf)

Acetic acid: adjustable PH3~4

Bath ratio:         1:10~20

Temperature & Time: 90 ℃ ~100 ℃ *30~60min

Packaging:-

50kg or 125kg per plastic drum   

Storage:-

It should be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, and the shelf life is half a year.
